Gallery Aquatica is a reef and freshwater aquarium store in Tingalpa, Brisbane, and we ship right across Australia. If you cannot get to the shop, the range still comes to you. This page covers what we can send where, and how long it realistically takes, so there are no surprises at checkout.
Dry goods go everywhere
Every dry good we sell ships Australia wide. That means lighting, filtration, skimmers, test kits, RO/DI gear, water treatments, supplements and the rest of the equipment side of the shop reach every state and territory. Orders travel with Australia Post or Aramex depending on your address. For remote or country postcodes that sit outside our standard zones, place the order or email us and we will quote the freight precisely rather than guess.
Livestock and coral travel differently
Live animals cannot go through a normal parcel network, so they are handled under a separate freight arrangement, and a few rules apply that are worth knowing before you order:
- Fish ship Airport to Airport only, arranged with our team.
- Live algae and snails cannot be sent to the Northern Territory, Tasmania or Western Australia. This is a state legal restriction, not a choice on our part.
- Some remote postcodes cannot receive livestock at all. If yours is one, we contact you and refund promptly.
- Livestock cannot go to a PO Box.

How long it takes
We usually dispatch orders within seven business days of full payment, and often sooner. Coral and livestock can wait a little longer when the weather at either end is extreme, because getting them to you alive matters more than getting them to you fast. Once a parcel is with the courier, the delivery time is theirs, not ours, so we do not promise a day count. Your tracking number will show the carrier's own estimate for your address.
