HMAHLI TURF SCRUBBER
An algae turf scrubber for aquarium nutrient control. Water flows across a lit screen where turf algae grows, taking up nitrate and phosphate; harvesting the algae then exports those nutrients from the system. Commonly used on marine and reef tanks as an alternative to a refugium.
